Corgi Celebrates 70th Anniversary with James Bond Aston Martin DB5 Triple Pack
To celebrate its 70th anniversary, Corgi has announced the James Bond Aston Martin DB5 Classic Collection, a premium collector's set bringing together three generations of its iconic Aston Martin DB5 model.

The RT70007 collector's set charts the evolution of Corgi's most famous die-cast car, from the original releases of the 1960s to a newly developed Ultimate Edition.

Presented in a retro-inspired lidded presentation box, the set includes three die-cast models.
The first model is the classic 261 Aston Martin DB5, originally released in 1965. It was finished in gold to tie in with the release of Goldfinger.

Also included is the 270 Aston Martin DB5, introduced in 1968. Finished in Silver Birch, this version added several action features inspired by the James Bond films.

Completing the collection is a newly developed Ultimate Edition, featuring enhanced interior and exterior detailing.

This model further refines the body and adds more accurately coloured components.
The James Bond Aston Martin DB5 Classic Collection is one of a selection of former Corgi Model Club exclusives being made available to collectors outside the club as part of the company's 70th anniversary celebrations. The anniversary range consists of highly sought-after models produced in strictly limited quantities, and Corgi says they will not be produced again once sold out.

The RT70007 James Bond Aston Martin DB5 Classic Collection can be pre-ordered on the Corgi website now for £99.
