Tootal Green Cravat
Pierce Brosnan as James Bond wears a green day cravat by British neckwear maker Tootal in the 1995 Bond film GoldenEye.
A day cravat is a scarf-like patterned silk, tied in the style of an ascot, but tucked into the shirt and worn informally.
The cravat in GoldenEye worn by Pierce Brosnan is green with a symmetric red flower pattern, as pictured on the left.
The first moment we see James Bond wearing the outfit is right after the opening credits of the film, when Bond is being evaluated, and he embarks on a high-speed race in his Aston Martin DB5 against Xenia Onatopp's Ferrari F355 GTS in the mountains near Monte Carlo.
This cravat is currently very hard to find, but you can try eBay for this one, or similar cravats in slightly different colors.
About Tootal
Tootal is a brand name for a range of British ties, scarves and other garments. The brand, now owned by Coats Viyella, originates from a textile spinning and manufacturing company established in Manchester in 1799, which later became Tootal Ltd. The Tootal scarves and ties are iconic of the period between the 1920s and 1950s in Britain, when they were advertised widely with the slogan: "Every Man Needs… Tootal Ties". They were associated with the mod subculture in the 1960s. The company still exists today.
Complete the look
The complete outfit worn by 007 in GoldenEye is a navy cable crew neck sweater layered over a blue dress shirt with button cuffs, light brown trousers (possibly Brioni Snello) with brown belt and brown leather Church's Chetwynd shoes.
Brosnan also wears the Omega Seamaster 300m Quartz, the first Omega to be worn by James Bond in the films.
With thanks to Sean Warren for the cravat ID
