This classic shirt was specially created for the film Dr. No by Turnbull & Asser and was worn by Sean Connery when he played James Bond. The shirt features the special "cocktail" cuff, which is a two button turnback cuff and is unique to this shirt.

Turnbull and Asser offers the shirt online on the Turnbull & Asser website in White or Blue, or ask for the shirt in a Turnbull & Asser boutique.

The Blue Dr No shirt was updated for the 007 Collection that was launched in November 2020. Many details of the shirt, including more rounded 'cocktail' cuffs and a new collar, were made more similar to the original 1960s shirt.

The white turnback cuff shirt is also still available, but since it's not as similar to the original as the new blue version, it is not marketed as the James Bond shirt anymore.

In Spectre's set pieces filmed in Roma, Daniel Craig wears similiar cocktail cuffs shirt in white but with an additional feature : a pin collar unseen in Connery's appaerances as James Bond. In addition Daniel Craig on TV set during interviews and promotional events is often spotted with this kind of shirt, mostly in white or more rarely in blue.
