In the 1977 movie The Spy Who Loved Me, Naomi (Caroline Munro) and two henchmen collect James Bond (Roger Moore) and Anya Amasova (Barbara Bach) at the Hotel Cala di Volpe in an Intermarine Cigarette 37 power boat.
French industrial designer Bertrand Le Bris used his skills to create an incredibly detailed scale model of the black and yellow "Billy Bob" Glastron-Carlson CV21 jet speedboat. And it even works!
James Bond (Roger Moore) uses a Glastron Carlson CV23HT speedboat in the movie Moonraker (1979). HT stands for Hard Top. Only 300 of these hard top boats were built in 1978 and 1979, and only 3 of those were built with the custom painted silver metalflake gelcoat over gray (the 'normal' boats sold to the public had either metalflake blue or metalflake bronze color).
In the movie Live and Let Die (1974), James Bond uses a Glastron GT150 speedboat in a thrilling chase through the Louisiana marches. The boat made a record braking 120ft jump.
The Live and Let Die GT150 used for the famous jump was built in 1972 and had an Evinrude Starflite 135hp engine.
