The exact model is the Sperry Gold Cup Authentic Original 2-Eye Rivingston Boat Shoe in the color Titan Tan, STS19319. Appropriate footwear for Bond, who has a Spirit Yacht sailboat in Jamaica when he's not working. The shoes can be spotted when James Bond is driving to Porto Antonio in Jamaica to meet with his CIA colleague and friend Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright).

American company Sperry is famous for boat shoes and they offer many similar models.

The brown Sperry Gold Cup Authentic Original Rivingston Boat Shoe can still be found at some stores online or in many large department and shoes stores in the US, although the exact color was hard to find for a while, basically sold out since the discovery in April 2019 that the shoes were in the film.
