This James Bond Villa is located next to Lake Como, near San Siro and Menaggio, Italy, surrounded by a beautiful park with paths, benches and a lit fountain. 

In the spring of 2006, the movie Casino Royale was filmed in front of this 1921 Coppedè-designed villa: the last scene of the movie when Bond shoots and meets Mr. White, and utters the famous words "Bond... James Bond".

Apartments inside this villa are available for rent. The villa sits on 4000 sq. meters of gorgeously manicured grounds which boasts a beautiful lake view. Guests can enjoy the lake from the villa's own private beach. The Menaggio golf course is 10 minutes away.

The apartments come with a boat dock for those who decide to explore the lake by boat.

The apartments have its own private entrance under a large portico where one can dine outside enjoying the spectacular grounds and lake views.

While the grounds are generally closed to the general public to protect resident privacy, you can experience the cinematic history yourself by booking a stay at one of the holiday rentals via Airbnb or Vrbo. If you just want to view the property from the water, it is easily spotted on a boat tour along the western shore of Lake Como.
