It is illegal to own weapons across pretty much all of Europe, the u.k., he'll pretty much that entire continent. . In the states you can order whatever you want online, but it has to be shipped to a licensed FFI gun dealer, and transfered into your name thru the dealer.. and unless the bond films are the only ones using real weapons (which I doubt), the guns depicted in the films are more than likely props.. hope this info helped..
