I was watching the living daylights and noticed Timothy Dalton also wears a brown weave belt. When he get up to leave the airplane having looked at the diamonds in the ice "that's an animal heart" you can see clearly as his jacket lifts at the back, a brown weave belt. Later in the fight in the jail you can see the belt from the front and it has a gold buckle.
