Barbour Beacon Heritage Sports jacket worn by Michiel Huisman in The Age of Adeline

The Barbour jacket made famous by James Bond in SkyFall (2012) can also be spotted in the 2015 movie The Age of Adeline, worn by actor Michiel Huisman.

Daniel Craig as James Bond wore a Barbour "X To Ki To" Beacon Heritage Sports Jacket in the movie SkyFall, but this jacket sold out even before the film came out. Since it was a limited edition, Barbour couldn't make more of them so the company released a new model based on the Limited Edition, the Barbour Beacon Sports Jacket MWX0007OL71 (first released as the Dept B Commander, but later as Beacon Sports), which is almost identical, except it doesn't have the Limited Edition tags, no hood, and some other details (read my comparison article here). Although not the exact jacket as worn in the film, this jacket has become and stayed very popular, even today.

My fellow Dutchman, the singer/actor Michiel Huisman, who plays Ellis Jones one of the main characters in the film, wears the jacket in the second half of the film, and the jacket gets a lot of screentime.

The jacket can be recognized for its green wax material, shoulder and elbox pads, brown buttons and zippers on the back.

Michiel Huisman is known for playing Daario Naharis on Game of Thrones and Sonny on the television series Treme.
