Tom Ford cylinder cufflinks
James Bond (Daniel Craig) wears Tom Ford Striped T cylinder cufflinks ref. JM0093U-G18KW in the movie SkyFall (2012).
Bond wears the cufflinks in the opening scenes in Turkey. It must be these cufflinks that Craig, in a classic Bond moment, adjusts after he jumps from the CAT hydraulic excavator in to the wrecked train.
The cufflinks, available in white gold (as seen in the film) and yellow gold, are still available but costly: the retail price is approximately €2300 ($3190) - update 2019: new price is $4,590 update 2022: the price is now $8,950 Update 2023: the price is now $10,950! Some lucky fans have acquired these cufflinks and have generously provided several photos of these exclusive cufflinks.
Buy at Tom Ford ($10,950)
Tom Ford, the designer himself, wears the same cufflinks in a promotional photo for the Tom Ford brand (see above).
Alternative
One alternative for this style cufflinks is the S.T. Dupont 5596 batton Vertical Lines Palladium, with a retail price of £165 (or approx $200) a lot more affordable and still from a real James Bond brand: S.T. Dupont cufflinks were worn by Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig, and S.T. Dupont created officially licenced 007 collections in 2004, 2006 and 2015 and 2018.
More Tom Ford in SkyFall
James Bond wears two other pairs of cufflinks in SkyFall, both made by Tom Ford: the Orbis Non Sufficit cufflinks were especially created for the film, and round, double mother of pearl cufflinks are worn by Bond with his tuxedo.
Tom Ford also created custom 'JB' monogram cufflinks for James Bond in the movie SPECTRE (2015).
