A pair of S.T. Dupont cufflinks modelnr. 5172 Diamond Head Square, with palladium finishes, are worn by Daniel Craig as James Bond in Casino Royale (2006) and the sequel Quantum of Solace (2008).

In Casino Royale, James Bond wears the cufflinks when he's in the taxi and later when he checks out the gear in the glove compartment of his brand new Aston Martin DBS

Bond wears these cufflinks with his Tom Ford tuxedo in the Bregenz opera scenes in Quantum of Solace (2008). It looks like Bond is wearing these cufflinks in the title sequence of Quantum of Solace: one of the last shots of Bond shooting the gun shows a square cufflink, with a very similar back as these Dupont ones.

The S.T. Dupont 5172 cufflinks feature the iconic Diamond Head pattern, which can be found on many S.T. Dupont items. They are NOT part of the official 2006 James Bond collection and therefore come in the regular Dupont box (which already is quite nice).

UPDATE 2020-2023: Since a few years the cufflinks are now produced and sold by St.T. Dupont with the new model number "5568", but otherwise the same 'diamond head' pattern.

Currently (July 2022) the cufflinks with nr 5568 are available on ($180).

You can also try to find the original S.T. Dupont 5172 on eBay (but they are rare and can cost a lot) or find the 5568 model on eBay.

Or contact Bond Lifestyle if you're interested in buying original (Casino Royale-era) S.T. Dupont 5172 Cufflinks or need advice regarding this model.

In the same movie, Bond wears S.T. Dupont 5244 cufflinks during the Casino scenes (with his tuxedo), and S.T. Dupont 5174 cufflinks during the first meeting with Vesper (Eva Green) in the highspeed train. And Bond Lifesttyle discovered that Pierce Brosnan already wore a pair of S.T. Dupont cufflinks in Die Another Day (2002).

I found a nice looking pair of Van Heusen cuff links on eBay (UK) for only about $15 USD! They are chrome diamond cut squares very close match to the Duponts.

I have bought them for the new year ... beautiful, and the box is nice too.

i luv to have this cufflings,, i am big fan of daniel craig{James Bond 007}

Hi Remmert, This cufflinks are not shown in the omega ad, the ones he wears with the tuxedo are the 5174 DuPont cufflinks.
Thanks jbt0077, after close inspection seems like you're right! I have removed it.
New batch available of the the so popular Dupont cufflinks 5172.
Excellent news, the best price I saw them was Pure Pens in the UK.
Where can i get them? Because at Pure Pens they are out of stock.
Finally i found them! In Vienna in the store of Weidler and they cost 185€.
looking at them for Christmas for my son. They are available in Pure Pens for £146 I bought a pair... They do them in black too
I saw the real Dupont Cufflinks in Vienna, (once), in The House of Gentlemen.
Bought these a few months ago - Brilliant set, strong statement (for those in the know) and now, in lieu of the aparent finale of the Craig chapter in Spectre...Becoming quite nostalgic in my opinion. If you have the means, grab them now while they are still available -Also noticing that the price point has been on the rise. (Fahrney's pens had them for $300 when I got them, now they are $60 more).
Did Craig wear the S.T. Dupont 5172 Cufflinks with the midnight blue Tom Ford suit at the Greene galla in QOS? If not which ones did he wear?
I believe S.T. DuPont official site are now selling these again.
