Riffe Descender Long Blade Plastic Fins

James Bond (Daniel Craig) uses Riffe Descender Long Blade Plastic Fins in Jamaica in No Time To Die (2021).

Unfortunately we don't see James Bond dive in the film, but he throws the fins on the deck when he disembarks the Spirit Yacht. Bond has been spearfishing with a Riffe Euro 55 speargun, wearing his Orlebar Brown shirt and Jed North shorts.

Riffe Descender Long Blade Fins are 30.5" (77.5cm) long, come with a thermoplastic Veloc foot pocket and are lightweight and comfortable. Available in a variety of sizes at Riffe.

James Bond wears a grey Orlebar Brown OB-T t-shirt, blue Jed North shorts and his Omega Seamaster watch. Since he also uses a Riffe Speargun, it's possible that the black diving gloves are the Riffe Amara gloves (as suggested in the comments below), but this is not yet confirmed.
