James Bond wears a cream colored jacket and trousers with pink shirt in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969), in the first scene after the opening credits when he enters Hotel Palácio Estoril, Portugal. The outfit is completed by a pink shirt by Frank Foster, a navy, knitted necktie and cream cream loafers with a monk strap.
