Cessna 185 Skywagon seaplanes are used in the James Bond movies For Your Eyes Only (1981), Licence To Kill (1989) and No Time To Die (2021).

The Cessna 185 Skywagon is a six-seat, single-engined, general aviation light aircraft. The Skywagon is usually equipped with non-retractable conventional landing gear and a tailwheel but can be fitted with floats, amphibious floats, or skis. In all Bond films, the floats were used.

For Your Eyes Only

In For Your Eyes Only, Cuban hitman Hector Gonzales flies Melina Havelock to her parents' yacht in a Cessna 185 Skywagon plane with floats. When he leaves, Gonzales uses a machine gun on the plane to murder Melina's parents, Sir Timothy Havelock and his wife.

The Cessna 185 Skywagon plane in For Your Eyes Only has a white and yellow body, floats, and registration number N3357S. In the movie the plane has the words "Kerkyra Charter Service" (Kerkyra is the Greek name for Corfu) and SX-JKR mentioned on the side.

Licence To Kill

In Licence To Kill (1989), a Cessna 185 Skywagon II is used by Sanchez's men to smuggle drugs. In one of the great action sequences of the film, James Bond (Timothy Dalton) uses his harpoon to shoot one of the floaters, waterskis after the plane and eventually climb aboard and throw the pilots out of the plane.

The Cessna 185 Skywagon II plane in Licence To Kill has a white and blue body, floats, and registration number N6964N, construction number 185-04318.

No Time To Die

In No Time To Die (2021), Nomi (Lashana Lynch) flies a Cessna 185F Skywagon plane from Jamaica to Cuba. James Bond (Daniel Craig) later uses the plane to rendezvous with Felix Leiter on a ship. CIA agent Logan Ash betrays Bond and Leiter and uses the same Cessna plane to bomb the ship while taking Dr. Valdo Obruchev (David Dencik) with him.

The Cessna 185F Skywagon plane in No Time To Die has a silver and red body and floats. Registration number 2-GDDC, construction number 185-0652. The plane was owned by Roland Jenson from Outlook, Saskatoon (Canada) who sold his Cessna 185 to the Bond 25 production company.
