1964 Aston Martin DB5 with Goldfinger gadgets for sale
Luxury car dealer Tom Hartley Junior offers a rare, original 1964 Aston Martin DB5 with custom-added Goldfinger gadgets.

This car was supplied new in February 1964 by Aston Martin agent Charles Sidney Ltd of Yorkshire. Finished in Silver Birch, this example has in recent years been upgraded with a series of professionally executed ‘Goldfinger’-inspired modifications.

The chassis number of the DB5 is DB5/1447/R. Bond Lifestyle has reported about this exact car in April 2018 and in September 2019 when it was offered at auction.

The additions to the car replicate the appearance of the film car’s features while remaining display-focused and non-weaponised.

The works carried out include:
- Simulated front-mounted machine gun installation
- Electrically operated front and rear revolving number plates
- Rear smoke screen effect system
- Rear fluid dispersal system
- Bullet-resistant style rear shield
- Bespoke interior centre console incorporating ‘007’ control switches
- Concealed compartment housing a Walther PPK
- Simulated radar tracking display
- Left-hand drive conversion
- Air conditioning installation

The quality of the conversion led to the car being selected by EON Productions for display at the 2021 premiere of No Time To Die in Monaco.

Positioned at the entrance of the Casino de Monte-Carlo, the DB5 was photographed alongside H.S.H. Prince Albert II, Dame Shirley Bassey and Christian Moore, son of Sir Roger Moore.

The car is presented in excellent condition and has a documented service history. Maintenance over the past 28 years has been carried out by Aston Martin specialists, with a service completed in February 2026.

Offered with a comprehensive history file, including a copy of the original factory build sheet, the car combines a period DB5 with a later Bond-inspired specification.
