The hat that Sean Connery wears in the first James Bond movies is still available at the original store: Lock & Co. Hatters on St. James's Street in London. Ask for the Sandown model, a trilby type hat. Although the hat in film looks grey, the hat is actually brown.
If you're in London, make sure to visit the Lock & Co. shop: it's on St. James Street, the same street as Swaine Adeney Brigg (who still sells the Bond Attaché Case) and around the corner from Jermyn Street where you can find many Bond related stores, like Turnbull & Asser.

Hi there! I wonder if you're not making a mistake about the hat in Dr No?
The picture about the hat seems to be the Wetherby from Lock & Co.Hatters (and not the sandown)
Although this model (the wetherby) it's available in green just like the bond's model in Dr. No
