James Bond wears a Jaxon & James Hats Victorian Top Hat as part of his disguise at the Day of the Dead festival in Mexico during the opening sequence of SPECTRE.

The Victorian Top Hat is made of 100% wool, and has an approx. 1.5" (4cm) wide grosgrain ribbon hatband ending in a bow, a leather sweatband and removable side feather (the feather is not used by Bond).

In the movie Licence To Kill (1989), actor Timothy Dalton wears a dove grey felt top hat with black ribbon band from Lock & Co Hatters. Bond is seen holding the hat on the way to Felix Leiter's wedding and then later in the helicopter, before the hat is shot with a bullet.

The hat that Sean Connery wears in the first James Bond movies is still available at the original store, Lock & Co. Hatters on St. James's Street in London. Ask for the Sandown model, a trilby type hat. Although the hat in film looks grey, the hat is actually brown.
