It's quite misleading to refer to this as Anthony Sinclair, despite the name being bought out there is no connection to the old firm. Furthermore the cut of these jackets does not resemble the Conduit cut at all. It looks to be kind of middle-of-the-Row cut, not overly structured nor draped. Not a bad look, but again not like Anthony Sinclair's cutting, a modern parallel to which you can see if you look at the work of Chittleborough & Morgan. Even the little, easy detais are all wrong, such as the use of buckled adjusters in place of button tabs. And as for the shirt... that collar is unlike anything ever worn by a Bond in a two-button turnback cuffed shirt.
For the same price, there are a number of actual bespoke tailors in London that will get you a lot closer to the Bond look and a perfect fit. I would suggest paying them a visit.
