A Sony Vaio Notebook is used by James Bond in Casino Royale, when he sends his resignation email from his yacht in Venice. In one of the first Casino Royale trailers we can see the laptop fall into the water but this scene didn't make it into the final movie. The laptop used in the film might have been a Vaio SX model, as suggested in the comments below. Sony released a 007 edition of a different model, the TX.

The 007 Edition VAIO TX Notebook has a widescreen LCD (1366 x 768) and was fitted with a very Bond-style gadget, a privacy filter: designed exclusively for use with VAIO TX Notebooks, this privacy screen makes on-screen data visible only to the persons in front of the PC.

This VAIO TX laptop was also a part of the Sony VGN-TX007C Limited Edition Spy Gear.

Comments

Bond wasn't using the TX series in the movie! In the Bahamas, as well as in Venice, he was using the VAIO SZ Series notebook, aluminium version (there was also a carbon edition on the market). I have probably the correct one, with no fingerprint scanner (SZ1HP/B, released in late 2005)
