Some friends of mine and I did this jump for my 30th birthday. The scenery is spectacular, the jump incredible. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff - my equipment was separately checked by two people before I was allowed on the platform.
Locarno and Lake Maggiore are a lovely place to spend a few days, so even if you go to watch a friend make the jump you will enjoy yourself.
