Elliot Carver (played by Jonathan Pryce) wears Lindberg Air Titanium eyeglasses in the movie Tomorrow Never Dies (1997). The glasses seen in the film are a model from the year 1997, lens shape number 199, with the then typical wire frame from Lindberg, the details of which can be seen quite clearly in the first close-up shots of Elliot Carver in the film.

The glasses were not part of a product placement and the appearance of the glasses came as a big surprise for Lindberg.

Lindberg is a Danish design company with high-fashion eyewear designs that are characterised by their functionality and comfort. The frames are not produced in an ordinary factory setting with big machinery and mass production, but in a mixture of craftsmanship and modern technology. Lindberg frames are among the lightest frames in the world. Lindberg has been awarded a large number of the most prestigious design prizes in the world.

The model seen in the film is not produced anymore, but on eBay similar frames can sometimes be found.

You guys have an awesome site. I'd been thinking about rimless glasses for a while, so when I saw these, I knew exactly which frames I wanted when I went to the optician. Thank you!
