In the movie Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) wears a Turnbull & Asser tie with his dark grey Brioni suit. This Jacquard weave tie carries an exclusive design of Navy, Brown and Sky Blue Squares, created by Turnbull & Asser.

Bond wears the tie in Hamburg scenes, when he breaks into Carver's office, drives to Hotel Atlantic Kempinski, meets and kills Dr. Kaufman, and finally escapes with his remote controlled BMW 750.

This tie is made in Turnbull & Asser's own manufactory in London. Made from 100% finest quality silk, produced in England. This silk has more warp and weft yarns per square inch than is customary, making the fabric denser and more substantial in both weight and feel. The Blade width (the widest point of the tie) is 3 3/4" (9.5 cm) and the length is approximately 57" (145 cm).

An original screen-used version of this Turnbull and Asser tie, worn by Pierce Brosnan, is for sale on 007-movie-props.de for €2786 (approx. $4300).

The Navy, Brown and Sky Blue Squares tie is currently available again (since October 2010) on the Turnbull & Asser online shop or at one of the Turnbull & Asser store locations for £85 (approx. $137 / €105):
