The Ian Fleming Centenary celebrations are in full effect, and the release of the new novel Devil May Care was hard to avoid, even for a non-Bond fan. The book, written by Sebastian Faulks, got some mixed reviews, but is a must read for us all nonetheless. If you didn't like it, but were lucky enough to get one of the £750 Bentley Limited Editions (read more here), you can at least show it off on your coffee table and play with the Bentley model that came with it.
In a spur of creativity I made a Bond Lifestyle video commercial, starring yours truly. Please have a look at the video in the Flash Media Player on the homepage, and spot the Lifestyle items (hint: this will be useful for an upcoming contest!).

Tarot of the Witches Deck
In the 1973 movie Live and Let Die, a deck of tarot cards is used by Bond to seduce the beautiful virgin Solitaire (played by Jane Seymour). After Solitaire predicts 'Death', Bond makes sure that he predicts 'Lovers' by having Solitaire choose a card from a stacked deck of only 'Lovers' cards. This deck is stilll available!

Devil May Care
Devil May Care is the newest installment in the James Bond series. The book was released worldwide on Ian Fleming's birthday, May 28. Written by novelist Sebastian Faulks, Devil May Care is set in the cold war, picking up where Fleming left off in 1966 with Octopussy and The Living Daylights.

Avon Bond Girl 007 fragrance
Avon Products, Inc. announced a collaboration with the James Bond entertainment franchise, property of Danjaq LLC and Eon Productions, to create a new signature Bond Girl 007 women's fragrance, bringing the confident allure of cinema's sexiest icons to Avon consumers worldwide. British actress Gemma Arterton, who plays the role of Agent Fields in the upcoming Bond film, will be the face of the new fragrance. She will appear in TV and print advertising when Bond Girl 007 launches globally in October 2008 in conjunction with the worldwide release of Quantum of Solace.
